We would like to introduce you to the finest variety of black and white peppercorn in the world, Talamanca, from Ecuador.

Since 1992, we have supplied South Florida's finest restaurants, gourmet markets and (via mail-order) pepper lovers all over the U.S.

Talamanca Pepper is unique because a special variety of the plant is grown under optimum conditions, just the right amount of sun, rain and soil conditions. Also, the individual "corn" is picked by hand at the optimum stage of ripeness. We let the peppercorn grow until they are much larger, riper, and full of more complex flavor and spiciness than the smaller, more immature peppercorn. Shipped to us fresh from the farmer, our peppercorns never contain preservatives and are never irradiated!
